Unless otherwise expressly stated as an in-store warranty provided by VIP Scooters, warranty coverage is provided and administered by the manufacturer. VIP Scooters does not control, modify, or guarantee the continuation of manufacturer warranty terms, conditions, coverage, or policies. Manufacturers may change their warranty policies, coverage, or requirements at their discretion.
Motor Vehicle Accident Exclusion: Any medical equipment involved in a motor vehicle accident, collision, or significant impact is not covered under warranty, regardless of whether visible damage is present or whether the equipment continues to function. Equipment involved in an accident should be inspected by a qualified professional before further use.
