Agreement Between User and vipscooters.net
Welcome to vipscooters.net (the “Site”). The VIP Scooters website is operated by Senior Mobility, LLC, doing business as VIP Scooters (“VIP Scooters,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including any purchases of products or services offered through the Site.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
The Site is hosted on the Wix.com platform and is intended to allow users to browse and purchase durable medical equipment online for personal use. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

5. Orders, Cancellations, and Returns
You may cancel an order at any time during the checkout process. Once payment has been completed, orders cannot be canceled.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable manufacturer restocking fees. In the event of a verified product defect, you will be responsible only for return shipping costs.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These third-party sites are not controlled by VIP Scooters, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Certain services may be provided by third parties on our behalf. By using the Site, you consent to the sharing of information with such third parties as necessary to provide the requested products or services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIP SCOOTERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VIP ScoOTERS, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
14. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, administered by the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only; class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted.
15. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time for any reason, without notice.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
17. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VIP Scooters regarding use of the Site.
18. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
